There are some possible reasons why you can't track a room;

  • If you try to track a room and an upgrade dialog shows up. Here are the possible reasons;

    • You're on the Free Plan, and you've exceeded the tracking limit which is 5 rooms/month

    • You're on the Lite Plan, and you've exceeded the tracking limit which is 10 rooms/month

*You can upgrade your account to Premium or Pro to get unlimited room tracking.

  • If you try to track an individual room and and a dialog shows up and says "Failed to Track". Here are the possible reasons;

    • You're not the moderator of the room.

    • You're trying to paste the event link. (Reminder: you need to paste room link, not the event. It should be like clubhouse.com/room/dnf65e)

    • You're trying to track a closed room. You can only track public (Open) rooms via Direcon.

    • You're trying to paste a room link that is already ended. You can only track live rooms via Direcon.

  • If you try to track a club room and and a dialog shows up and says "Failed to Track". Here are the possible reasons;

    • You're trying to track a club room, you're not the moderator of the room, and that club isn't connected to your Direcon account. So, you need to connect your club to your account.

    • You're trying to track a club room, you've already connected this club to your account, but this room is a members-only room. You need to "let visitors in" to make the room public (Open).
